1.Every child is unique:

It is well known fact that no two thumb prints are alike. In the similar way,

we believe that  every child is born with a unique personality.

2.Education Should Foster Real Understanding:

Understanding is different from knowledge. While knowledge relies on memory,

Understanding relies on conceptual .  

3.Real Understanding Through An Integrated Approach:

A school is a place where different factors have an effect on the child.

The teachers, the curriculum, the examinations, the environment, the infrastructure,

the activities- all come together to nurture the unique potential of the child.

·            FOUNDATION 

It is established that early childhood years lay the foundation to a person’s development.70% of a  child’s brain is developed in the pre-natal stage. The Early childhood years(0 to 5 years) are life defining, & it’s here that we discover our strengths & abilities.

    Research has proven that at this age, brain activity is at its peak & the stimuli child experiences here leave impressions for a long time i . e for lifetime. Hence ,everything a child learns after an age of  5 years is of what s/he has already learnt at pre-school.

Hence pre-school become the single most important avenue where the child can gain a sense of Self explore, play with her peers, and build confidence. Children in pre-school learn how to socialize – get along with other children ,to share ,good behaviour-management skills ,how to compromise ,be respectful of others and problem-solve.

Children who attend preschools enter formal schools with better reading skills ,richer vocabularies ,and stronger basic math skills. This facilitates an easy transition from  Preschools to  formalschools.

     PROCEDURE:

  At our play school , we offer 4 programs- Playgroup, Nursery and Junior KG and Senior KG.

Our staff is selected on the basis of their educational qualifications,   relevant experience,

and their attitude towards learning & and learners,  service motive and dedicated.  

 To ensure optimum learning in the classrooms a adult child ratio of 1:10 is maintained.

There is no competitive assessment.

 It is an observation based continuous and cumulative process which helps understand the child’s unique learning style. 

A child friendly behaviour management routine which includes rules, praise and Ignore .

No corporal punishment is allowed.          

The medium of instruction is English and at sr. kg Level the local Language/ Hindi is introduced.

The admissions are there in the mid term also.

There is no exam or interview for the admission process. Our belief drives us to accept all children and help them to be the best of  themselves.
